Budget Billing
South Central Electric offers budget billing to members that would like to spread out months of higher electric usage throughout the year.  The billing is based on the previous 12-month average usage and is recalculated once a year in May.  The budget bill could go up or down based on annual usage review.  To be eligible for budget billing you must be current with your account and have a good payment history.  Budget billing is only available for residential electric services.  If you miss two consecutive payments, you will be removed from the program.  To learn more about budget billing, contact our office.
